Sales Calls for TeleMarketing - manage all of your tele-marketing calls from with the CRM interface used in conjunction with Selections and Projects. It is designed to create a focused working environment for Tele-Sales and Sales personnel, and allows sales people to efficiently manage the calls they make and easily record the results. Each tele-sales person can have daily targets set for one or more type of call, the targetted and completed calls are presented graphically with an indication of the number of calls remaining highlighted. Call Outcomes can be recorded, and calls rescheduled easily or completed. When Calls are rescheduled, the previous call history is displayed for easy reference.
Enquiries for lead registration - New Leads and Enquiries are the lifeblood of most companies. So the ability to log and track their progress is vital. The Enquiries application starts this flow of work, allowing the capture of configured, standardised initial information about the opportunities. It then automatically creates a Sales record, a prospect Project and a follow-up diarised Action.
Quotes for quotation creation - The Quotes application helps you produce highly professional quotations and proposals, more quickly and accurately. Every quotation you issue is kept on file against the company within SuperOffice CRM for easy reference. You can include notes, documents, pictures, URL's, and design your own template library. The details behind the items in the Quote can be passed automatically through to Order Fulfilment for processing.
PriceBook for holding quotation and stock information - All your standard price-list items, complete with descriptive text, standard ‘sell at’ prices, plus the option to add multiple, additional price lists, with cost of goods, supplier details and more, are all stored in the CRM database. PriceBook import routines will populate or update the price lists from a variety of sources including Excel spreadsheets and popular ERP systems.
Sales Pipeline for sales management - Manage your own or your sales team’s activities with the Pipeline application. You can take a broad view on the sales forecast and go straight to the activities associated with each opportunity in CRM. You can see how you or your team are performing against plan on a year to date or period basis, measuring profit or turnover. You can configure the listings by salesman, team or company, by month, quarter or period and filter by order date, probability or percentage.
