CRM with Extended Business Applications
Redcastle CRM has provided Customer Relationship Management systems to small, medium and large sized companies since 1995. In that time, using industry standard tools, we have developed a set of extended Business Management applications which work with the CRM systems and are integrated with the CRM system database structure.


History
The company (originally Redcastle Systems Limited) was formed by three owner/directors Jeff Proctor (managing), Cham Mistry (technical) and Jim Wildey (sales) at the beginning of 1995. Initially the company's main focus was 3D mechanical CAD solutions in addition to, what was then called, contact management software from SuperOffice. The CAD division of the company was sold in September 2001 to enable Redcastle CRM Limited to commit 100% of it's energy into the provision of Customer Relationship Management and more recently Business Management Systems.


SuperOffice CRM
Redcastle have been a SuperOffice Solution Provider for over 13 years with a solid customer base in the UK, the Americas and multiple European countries. Our customers are from a broad range of market segments.


Sage CRM
Redcastle have been a Sage CRM partner for a little over 2 years with customers in varying market segments within the UK.


Business Management System
Redcastle's end-to-end business management system has CRM at it's core which enables rapid implementation.


Technology
All Redcastle applications are written in C# and asp.net utilizing the latest SuperOffice NetServer and Microsoft .net Framework technologies.
