Jim Wildey Sales Director Jim runs the sales operation here at Redcastle, but from the early days he also has the skills to do customer requirement gathering and product configuration. He uses these skills to tailor his demonstration systems, so we can show prospective customers how our CRM / Business Management System could work for them individually. |

Phil Morris Sales Phil joined Redcastle in April 2007 to help create more new business through a segmented marketing strategy. Phil, also an engineer by training, was previously in Telecom systems for 10 years, and before that was with Cimlinc for over 10 years. Phil collects music and tinkers with his hifi. |

Craig Ibberson Project Manager Craig is a Prince2 certified project manager. He joined Redcastle in May 2008 from Atos Origin, and was previously with Protocol Systems for 10 years. Craig's role is partly sales and partly implementation. We see as key the continuity of understanding of customer requirements as they transition from the decision process to the system implementation. Craig is a keen footballer and all-round sportsman. |
