James joined Redcastle back in September 1997. He is our most experienced programmer and coaches the new team members. He has a Degree and a Masters in Computer Science. James rides a Scooter.

Ed Carter

Developer / Customer Support

Ed joined the Development team in October 2003. He won a First Class BSc. Degree in Software Engineering from Nottingham Trent University. Ed's main interest is music.

Gareth Bowman

Developer / Customer Support

Gareth joined Redcastle as a graduate to learn the business through office admin and customer support. He is now programming but has the additional responsibility for interfacing between customers and the Development team. He has a BSc. in Applied Computing from East Anglia University. Gareth is a global traveller, particularly in the Far East.

Imran Adam

Developer / Customer Support

Imran joined the development team in May 2008. His primary role is development. Imran has a BSc. in Computer Science from De Montfort University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is passionate about cars and motorbikes.
