Maps application for SuperOffice

Where are all of your Customers and Prospects located? It really is surprising how useful it is to see the locations of contacts in your CRM database and their proximity to others! Redcastle's NEW Maps application couldn't be easier to use.

TeleSales Calls for SuperOffice

The art of successful telesales activity is to call the right person at the right time with the right call objective. Redcastle's NEW Calls module for SuperOffice helps in, tracking the amount of time spent on calls, who to, what was discussed, the previous calls thread, calling back when arranged, scheduling the frequency of calls to a particular group of contacts etc.. All of this in a simple to use browser interface within the SuperOffice client.

Individual telesales operators can have the number of targeted calls per day set, it is then really simple using SuperOffice Reports to track what the telesales team are doing and monitor the Call Outcome of each call, be it successful or unsuccessful.

The telesales operators don't have pre-scheduled calls in their diary, they simply get the Next call from the campaign that they are working on, they can also see how many calls they have outstanding each day and the number of calls that are still to be made for each Campaign.

Sales, Orders and Service all in .vwg

The core CRMPlus Business Management System modules from Redcastle have now been fully re-developed in the NEW Visual WebGui (.vwg) development environment making the whole of the Redcastle End-2-End Business Management System available in a Rich highly functional user interface.

Throughout the re-development process, new and enhanced functionality have been added to most of the individual modules, with significant emphasis on the way in which the Back Office tools handle the requirements of the Manufacturing, Telecoms provider, Distribution and Services sectors.

Particular attention has been paid to the Stock requirements of the above mentioned sectors.

BABTAC replace Membership system

Redcastle VWG Development for BABTAC

For a number of years, BABTAC, the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology, had been using a generic system to manage all of their membership data. At the heart of this was a database which contained some 1.6Gb of information, including the details of around 22,000 members of which 9,000 were current and active. BABTAC wanted their current CRM system enhancing to make it more efficient, effective and easier to use.

Continued development process

The existing CRM based membership system used by BABTAC was unwieldy, difficult to use and prevented us from making the necessary changes quickly and easily. We therefore started the process again and decided that a new system was required.

The process continued until the system met all of BABTAC’s needs. It became fully active in August 2010 after just a few weeks of iterative Rapid Application Development (iRAD). It allows any of the associates and management team to access full member information in a matter of seconds, the new system is now less than 100Mb in size! Members can be searched for individually or by salon. Qualifications and certificates can be recorded. Renewals and reminders can be easily managed and a full payment record is quickly available for each member. BABTAC are delighted with the results.

Red Box Recorders

Red Box Recorders Limited, who have their headquarters in Tollerton near Nottingham, have begun implementation of SuperOffice CRM and Redcastle's full BMS suite of modules for Making Sales, Fulfilling Orders and Providing Service. The solution is being used by Red Box associates in the UK, the Americas, Europe and the APAC regions.
