About Redcastle

A story of consistent growth, progress and success

Redcastle was established in 1995 by Jeff Proctor, ex-Vice President Europe of American CAD/CAM company Cimlinc, with the objective of selling the SuperOffice CRM system in the UK.

Jeff teamed up with longstanding Cimlinc colleagues, Jim Wildey, who became Sales Director, and Cham Mistry, Technical Director, to form the new company. Jim’s background was in PCB design where for eight years he ran PowerTracks, a PCB design and assembly company. Cham came over from Plessey in Nottingham, where he spent seven years as a CAD consultant and business analyst.

Our vision

At the heart of the business, Redcastle resells the SuperOffice CRM software which offers a wide range of customer relationship management functions and is easy to use. It runs on the industry standard Microsoft SQL database, and also has excellent compatibility and integration with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange etc..

What’s more, Redcastle have moved SuperOffice CRM into new areas by integrating new applications into it. The team have taken the full functionality of the SuperOffice CRM system, and using their experience of SQL and business systems, written a complete business management system which offers enormous benefits to almost any business.

New clients of all sizes from SMEs to large national companies, and from a variety of business sectors were soon attracted, including voice and data, telecoms, mobile computing, distribution, manufacturing, construction, fleet services, equipment leasing and more.

Today, this growth continues and has helped Redcastle to become one of the leading CRM and business management systems suppliers in the Midlands
